„Surprise“: ein wunderschönes Gitarrenstück mit bezaubernden Melodien, komponiert und gespielt von Andreas Hövelmann. Ich liebe es, Gitarre im open tuning zu spielen und hiermit diese kleinen tollen Kompositionen zu erschaffen. Grundlage für Surprise ist das Taro Patch, wobei die Gitarre wie folgt gestimmt wird: D-G-D-g-h-d. Das hört sich dann wunderbar an wie eine Slack-Key-Gitarre, der Gitarrenmusik der Insel Hawaii. Die Noten und TABs von Surprise sind kostenlos, hier geht es zum Download: Surprise. Ich wünsche allen Gitarristen viel Spaß mit „Surprise“!

Diese schöne Gitarrenstück im Fingerpicking-Stil erzählt vier Geschichten von ein und demselben Motiv. Dieses Motiv besteht aus verschiedenen Akkorden, die jeweils auf eine andere Art und Weise gespielt werden. Das ist das Wunder der Musik, dass Klänge verschieden klingen können. Die Saiten der akustischen Gitarre sind für „Sounds of Beauty“ wie folgt zu stimmen: E-A-E-gis-h-e. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn andere Gitarristen Spaß an dieser Komposition haben und es reichlich nachspielen würden. Und hier ist mein eigener Beitrag: „All My Dreams“! Das open tuning ist diesmal: D-A-D-g-h-d, die Tonart D-Dur. Ein kleines schönes Stück für die akustische Gitarre mit spanischem Einschlag, für alle Fingerpicker geeignet! Auch für Anfänger an der Gitarre, die sich im Fingerstyle probieren wollen.
